The median across all reporting countries is 4,438, and the mean is 20,418.
The gap between the highest and lowest reporting country is a factor of about 23,032.
Over the past decade 159 countries rose and 30 fell. The largest increase was in Syrian Arab Republic (up 64.8%), and the largest decrease in United States Virgin Islands (down 18.5%).
